By using ProdDown ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

ProdDown provides isolated Linux environments for practicing production incident resolution. Each lab session creates a temporary container that is destroyed after the session ends.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ProdDown only for its intended purpose: practicing DevOps troubleshooting skills. You may not:

• Attempt to escape the container environment or access host systems
• Use lab containers for cryptocurrency mining, network attacks, or illegal activities
• Share account credentials with others
• Automate or script lab interactions to manipulate scores

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended without notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

Free tier users are not charged. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used paid features.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Lab environments are ephemeral and may be terminated due to system maintenance or resource limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All scenario content, grading logic, and platform code are owned by ProdDown Labs. Users retain ownership of any personal notes or configurations they create.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProdDown is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, failed interviews, or downtime.
